I am Shabbir Naqvi, an Agile Technology Leader with a Masters of Science degree in Computer Science and over a decade of experience working in Agile Delivery, Programme Management, Change & Digital Transformation.
This blog is a collection of some of my thoughts on a variety of topics, ranging from pure agile to digital/technology and futurist topics.

Experience
I’ve very much enjoyed working in a wide range of industries which has given me invaluable experience of agile and digital transformations at scale; such as real estate, travel, fashion, ecommerce, data, news & publications, start-ups, healthcare, fitness & wellbeing, luxury retail and finance.
Mindset
While I’ve been fortunate to work in many agile roles throughout my career, I see myself as much more than a role. I see myself as a problem solver – I am here to help an organisation achieve their goals whether that fits within the remit of my role or not. If I can provide value and best practices somewhere, then I will do my best to do so!
